Artem Selivanov

Artem Selivanov was born in Voronezh, Russia in 1980. He started studying music the age of four. At six, he began studies at the music school at the Voronezh Institute of Arts. Upon graduating in 2001, he entered the Moscow Conservatory of P. I. Tchaikovsky studying with E. R. Richter. In 2006, Artem began postgraduate study at the conservatory.
Artem has won several international competitions in Italy, Russia and USA as soloist and chamber musician. He participated in master classes in Aspen, USA and Banff, Canada, where he studied with John O’Connor, Joheved Kaplinski and others. Artem has an active career as soloist and member of Ensemble Sonore, performing in Russia, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Germany, Iran, China, USA and Canada.
